Field Information (Rhododendron Park )

Rhododendron Park is maintained and funded by Island County Parks and Recreation, CWLL Volunteers, Central Whidbey Lion's Club, Lumberman's and other donations from within the community. The park is located 3 miles East of Coupeville on Patmore Road.

Last year we saw a lot of improvements at Rhododendron Park thanks to the many little league volunteers, Coupeville Lions Club, and Island Country Parks and Recreation.

New Equipment Shed:
Island County, Lumberman's, Tom Eller, and his vocational students at Coupeville High School are teaming up to construct a new equipment shed.

Unfortunately, the shed was removed from the High School during demolition by someone not associated with Little League. If you know anything about the shed please contact one of our board members or the Coupeville Police Department.

Parking Lot:
The parking lot next to the entrance and play area will be paved (In-work) in thanks to a grant provided by a member of the community.

Backstop (Softball Field):
Island County Parks purchased a backstop for the Softball Field that was put into place prior to last season.

Dugouts (Field #1):
Island County Parks, Lumberman's, and Central Whidbey Lion's Club have completed the construction of the dugouts.

Field #1 - Drainage:
Island County Parks and Recreation have added new drainage to Field #1.
